modern tv excellent shower
The room included a modern TV and a fridge!!! The ensuite was a good size with an excellent shower. I felt welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The owners were friendly and very helpful.

the hosts were very friendly they offered a variety at breakfast. the usage of a pool table was very cute the lounge also provided a relaxed space. the room felt comfortable and spacious.

simple stay near the attractions

great location free parking small bar continental breakfast
The location is great. It is a short walk to the south pier (i timed it, about five minutes). the hotel has free parking behind the building. This was really convenient. there is also a small bar and a pool table available for use. the continental breakfast was a simple but adequate bonus.
the room was very basic and slightly dated, but clean.

the room was spacious enough and included basic amenities. the beds had new mattresses and were comfortable (i slept well!). the room was warm and cozy, which i appreciated .

this hotel is close to main attractions, especially pleasure beach. the tram stop is also close, giving you easy access to the whole promenade. the south pier is just a short stroll away from the building.

stained bedding missing remote
the room was pretty basic (not what i hoped for). i noticed the bedding had some stains, which wasn't great. the tv remote was missing, and i had to ask for it at the reception, it was annoying. i feel that some upgrades would really improve the experience.

The owners were really friendly. They were very helpful. The location is good. The room was clean, and the bed was nice. Breakfast had plenty of options.
My room was basic. The decor seemed a bit dated. I noticed the bedding had some stains. The bathroom size was small.
